Quick and flavourful dish to serve over some rice or with ugali. Fry some chopped onions, garlic and ginger Once golden and sizzling add in the liver. Once the liver is almost cooked, add the tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook down, then serve 🙂 We had ours with some turmeric rice.
