Feature Friday: Zucchini and Caramelised Onions Quiche

It’s always fun trying out new dishes. When Kaz of Kathy’s Kitchen released a sample recipe from her upcoming cookbook, Eggs, I was eager to try it out.

It was my first time making a quiche so I followed the recipe to the letter, I didn’t want to mess up. The recipe is pretty easy. Another thing that made me want to try it out is because it involved eggs. I love eggs and their versatility.

zucchini-onions-Making of the quiche is pretty fast, just prep all your ingredients then prepare the dough for the pastry.

Now the egg part.

Half an hour later…


Dig in and enjoy.

The quiche was delicious, the taste of the caramelised onions added a lovely touch.
