Congratulations on turning one!!
I have been following your blog for a while now and really enjoyed every recipe I have tried out…my experience in the kitchen has been amazing n I rarely have to ask the question “Leo Napika??”, I just come here and look out for a recipe to try out. Thank you sooo much for that. I have tried:
Bhajia n Rosemary Chicken
Fish Fingers(and the pan fried one with breadcrumbs)
Pork recipe(the one on friendship, pork….)
Pilau
Chicken in mango sauce……….gosh I culd go on but let me stop there
I haven’t tried any baking recipes yet, seeing as I don’t own an oven yet…and I have the biggest sweet tooth ever(would really love it if I won ๐ ) so I can wait until I can bake me something!! tho I tried out ‘baking’ in my sandwich maker ๐
Wow Charity those are a lot of recipes. Awesome.
Now ‘baking’ in a sandwich maker? How? You’ve got to teach me.
One year already?! Congratulations. Always a pleasure reading your blog. I have tried out a couple of recipes, CARROT CAKE, butter beans curry, kienyeji pot roast, pasta motukanio(;-)), spicy potatoes, chocolate ganache….but I must say the baked meatballs in tomato and pepper sauce is my favourite recipe so far. I rarely cooked meatballs before your recipe. I only knew of the deep frying recipe which included eggs (not a fan) in the meat mixture. The idea of baking and ‘no eggs’ was very exciting. They were very delicious. Dad (your hubby’s name sake ;-)) even proposed we should be cooking the meatballs at least once per month. I have tried my best to fulfill his request (I hope he doesn’t read this!). Let me echo what I said before, “Best meatballs recipe ever”.
yeah, imagine, I thank God. For sure you have tried out a lot. I’m glad even your dad loves the meatballs, I do hope you try your best to make them at least monthly.
Awwww thanks for the shout out hun! Happy one year anniversary!
Thanks.
Happy anniversary! You are such an inspiration.
