Kuku and waru? sign me up!

A simple chicken curry recipe.

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into curry pieces
3 tablespoons kikkoman soy sauce

1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
3 medium potatoes, cubed
3 bay leaves, optional
1 red bell pepper, roughly cut
handful dhania leaves, finely chopped

I MADE MACARONS!
Yes, I'm screaming!

Macarons have been on my to bake list for hot minute. I did try a couple of years ago, failed and didn't try again.

However, to quote Aaliyah, "dust yourself off and try again" I embarked on the journey again. I tried last week, had a few hiccups but today's attempt has been 98% successful.

Can't wait to nail this completely.

Filled them with buttercream and lemon curd.

I followed a recipe by @sugarspun_sam on YouTube. She explains and shows the process pretty clearly, dare I say she's demystified macarons for me. Thanks Samantha.
