Fried liver

Quick and flavourful dish to serve over some rice or with ugali.

Fry some chopped onions, garlic and ginger

season with turmeric,salt and black pepper

Once golden and sizzling add in the liver.

sprinkle some dried herbs, unfortunately I can’t recall what I used O-o

Once the liver is almost cooked, add the tomatoes.

i love colour

Let the tomatoes cook down, then serve 🙂

We had ours with some turmeric rice.
