Happy 2014 foodies!
New year, new things and hopefully regular posting 🙂
Now the smoothie, first things first we almost finished the kiwis before actually adding them to the blender,they were so delicious.
Ingredients:
2 very ripe bananas – mine were frozen
2 kiwi fruits
300 ml vanilla yoghurt
In a blender, add all the ingredients.
Blend away.
Best served chilled. Enjoy

You can check the fruit vendors at bus station, they occasionally sell at 100 a fruit. Or check in the supermarket, like nakumatt and tuskys where they sell at 119 or more
Its been ages since I stopped by, Loving the new website. I love the Kiwi fruit…I also love freezing my bananas…I always end up making a smoothie 🙂
