Just a peak on what we had for breakfast, some Sundays ago.
This meal can be classified as brunch since it’s pretty heavy, filled with all the food groups.
For the protein fix:
1 fried egg
1 rasher of bacon fried
1 sausage
For the carbs:

Fibre:
Weetabix – the best way to enjoy cereal is to add some fruit 🙂
Fruit:
Banana
Strawberry
I enjoyed mine with a glass of cold milk while hubby took his favourite ginger tea.
PS: I had prepared the potatoes the previous day, so I just warmed them up 🙂
Verdict:
Scrumptious and filling.
