I was to post this recipe but goodness my procrastination nature is on a high this month 🙁 . This is a very simple recipe and perfect to serve with some mango salsa.
2 tilapia fish fillets
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
A handful of dhania roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Serves 2 people
In a wide deep plate mix the flour, dhania, salt and pepper.
Coat each fish fillet with the flour mixture. Try to pat down the flour mixture firmly onto the fish fillet.
And now we are ready to cook the fish, pretty simple?
Now in a pan/skillet heat about a tablespoon of vegetable oil. It’s best you use a non stick pan but if you are yet to acquire one like yours truly, go on and use the one you have 🙂
Once heated, gently place the fish fillet, one at a time in case you are using a small pan.
