I always try to find healthier ways of making basic meals. I enjoy having oats for breakfast and figured it would be awesome if I used the same oats to make pancakes.
I find oats to be very filling and thus are perfect for breakfast. They are rich in fibre and nutrients.
Oat flour is pretty easy to make, all you’ll need are the oats and the food processor.
You can use rolled oats or plain old fashion oats.
Put the oats in the food processor and pulse until finely ground. After a few seconds of grinding, you can stop and give the oats a quick stir to ensure all the grains come in contact with the blade.
It will have some coarse grains here and there but that’s ok, adds to the texture of the flour.
Oat flour.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
Now your flour is ready for use. Oat flour can be used in baking cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies or bread and making pancakes.

Hey Girl! Can I get oat flour from the store ama I have to make it like you instructed?
I don’t know about buying it as already flour maybe try Healthy U stores. The other option is to make your own as shown.
