Use whatever you have on hand for toppings.
Mine has
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato slices
Candied jalapenos
Fried onions
Arugula

The gist is to cover to with a pan to allow steam to melt the cheese.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Excited to show up!

For the candle cake;
1. I should have baked in a sheet pan and cut out the layers.
2. I should have used buttercream instead of white chocolate ganache as the frosting.
